evaluate opportunities and constraints of your base as regards planning, building services engineering, and IT relocation
develop blocking plans and department adjacencies combining space and flexibility requirements with analysis of the base building and audit of existing furniture and equipment

During the Conceptual Design and Space Planning stages, we

develop plans for your approval including enclosed spaces, open office systems, furniture and major equipment locations
propose initial colour, materials and finishes palettes, and illustrate overall design concepts through perspective images
propose any long-lead procurement items, such as systems furniture, for early approval in line with the agreed time schedule
coordinate the approved space plan with IT systems and building services, and with the other vendor requirements

During the Design Development and Construction Documentation stages, we

develop conceptual design content that you have approved into detailed plans, elevations, and perspectives drawings, complemented by colour boards, material samples, and details of furniture and fittings
develop approved design development content and building services design into detailed drawings and documents for construction
coordinate drawings and specifications provided by any nominated engineers, vendors or direct suppliers with the agreed upon detailed design and plan.
