M Moser Associates has created a fresh, original design for Clifford Chance's new law offices at the Bund Center in Shanghai. Typically, law offices are characterized by enclosed spaces, which are conducive to private and confidential functions specific to the legal profession. At the same time, enclosure tends to reinforce separation and can impede effective teaming and communication.

Good Chemistry

With a long history that began with the manufacture of gunpowder for the American Civil War, DuPont has become an international household name. Founded in 1802 by French American chemist Eleuthere Irenee du Pont, the company has been responsible for remarkable discoveries including neoprene synthetic rubber, nylon and Teflon, to name a few. The company challenged M Moser to create a workplace that celebrates these prolific accomplishments and embodies its pioneering spirit.

3i, a UK-based venture capital firm, appointed M Moser to design + deliver their new offices at the Bank of China Tower in Central, Hong Kong. Two key themes propelled the project from the start - to encourage staff collaboration and to stimulate productivity.
