As our Client Services Manager you will share in these values and use your skills and network of contacts to pursue perspective clients and assist in closing business deals.
The Client Services role is crucial to the growth of our business. It is your job to generate new business opportunities, nurture strong relationships with existing clients, and strengthen and promote the M Moser brand.
To do this successfully you will be active in generating new leads through market research, cold & warm calling, and networking with industry professionals. Using your interpersonal instincts and active listening, you will court prospective clients, earn their trust and work with project team members to capture projects.
Once the project is won, your job isn’t over – you will remain informed, involved and in touch with the client throughout the entire process, ensuring they are satisfied during and after the project delivery.


Primary Responsibilities

As the successful Client Services Manager you will be expected to:

  • Establish a network of contacts with high level executives at client companies through participation in business association activities. This includes developing relationships with other business service professionals such as real estate agents for mutual referrals, and also using our firm's own extensive clientele base locally in Taiwan and internationally.
  • Conduct Market Research by gathering and analyzing market and industry intelligence, metrics, trends and new opportunities for new business to help determine desirability and winnability
  • Cold & Warm Calling new lead opportunities to open the door for inclusion in new projects and booking first appointments.
  • Pursue Prospective Clients and Earning Trust together with the M Moser design and project professionals by developing a trusting relationship with clients through thoroughly understanding and communicating the excellence of our firm's services.
  • Assist in Closing Deals and Capturing Project working closely with the project professionals of our firm, providing accurate perspectives on the decision making process within the client organization.
Skills, Attitudes and Qualifications

As M Moser Associates’ Client Services Manager, you are a mature self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are persistent yet professional will a strong sense of integrity. To be a successful Client Services Manager you will have exceptional bilingual communication skills with English as your mother tongue and full written and spoken Mandarin language skills. You will have the ability and desire to build and maintain new relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

As the successful Client Services Manager you also have the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Client Services/ Business Development position, ideally within the interior design, architecture, construction and/or real estate industry
  • Verbal and written English and Mandarin language fluency; it should sound as if both languages are your native language
  • Strong graphic communication skills with the ability to put together captivating and informative presentations
  • Experience working with an international organization; experience working in Taiwan is a definite asset
  • Professional approach with the ability to build relationships, qualify prospects, generate leads, and identify new business development opportunities
  • Persistence and charm with the ability to identify and strategize how to best connect with a prospective client
  • Action-oriented, driven towards results with a “can-do” attitude
  • Able to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-moving, deadline driven environment
  • Experience in negotiation and closing contracts
  • Confidence in speaking with high level executives and delivering presentations/proposals
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Able to communicate and work effectively with senior leadership and members of our global team
