As our Client Services Manager you will share in these values and use your skills and network of contacts to pursue perspective clients and assist in closing business deals.
The Client Services role is crucial to the growth of our business. It is your job to generate new business opportunities, nurture strong relationships with existing clients, and strengthen and promote the M Moser brand.
To do this successfully you will be active in generating new leads through market research, cold and warm calling, and networking with industry professionals. Using your interpersonal instincts and active listening you will court prospective clients, earn their trust and work with project team members to capture projects. Once the project is won, your job isn’t over – you will remain informed, involved and in
touch with the client throughout the entire process, ensuring they are satisfied during and after the project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Generating New Leads: Identifying, pursuing and appealing to M Moser's target clients
  • Market Research: Gathering and analyzing market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends and new opportunities for new business to help determine desirability and winnability. 
  • Cold & Warm Calling: Calling new lead opportunities to open the door for inclusion in new projects and booking first appointments.
  • Courting Perspective Clients: Following up on business opportunities; setting up meetings; proposing, organizing and executing various marketing initiatives
  • Earning the Clients Trust: Establishing and proactively maintaining strong professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the local market
  • Capturing Projects: Prepare and deliver presentations that offer insights and ideas that clients and others have overlooked
  • Working with Project Team Members: Capture projects and assist with managing the client throughout the work, acting as a confidant and life-line that they trust and can turn to
  • Networking with Industry Professionals: Represent and promote M Moser’s brand and it's values in the marketplace by attending and participating in industry related events
  • Client Maintenance: during the project remain informed of project process and keep in regular communication with the client to ensure they think and feel that project is progressing smoothly

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of working experience in a Business Development or Client Services role
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or similar, preferred
  • Experience working in a Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real-estate or Engineering firm
  • Familiarity with the Architecture, Interior Design and/or Construction industry
  • Growing network of corporate and industry relevant contacts and prospective clients

  • Ability to effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Successfully able to analyze business problems, develop appropriate account strategies and implement effective sales tactics.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions while still respectfully voicing your opinion and applying your expertise
