What Is The Job?

The Community Manager is critical to building the right office culture. As the Community Manager with M Moser, you will take on many roles through the course of your work, functioning as a (an):

  • Ambassador: Inspire and stimulate a successful company culture of teamwork and business success by being open, responsive, energetic and strategic.
  • Unifier: Help unite views and bring people together, helping colleagues find common ground and work to make internal interaction fluid.
  • Recruiter: By understanding the needs of a community, help team leaders to identify the need for new recruits or specific traits that would help a team flourish, then connect with suitable candidates through an active social media presence.
  • Coach: Inspire others by gaining an understanding of the individual and strategically articulating the goals and motivations of the company in a way that connects with them.
  • Listener: Encourage others to speak freely and share ideas; be a 'voice of the masses' when it comes to passing forward great ideas or identifying areas for change
  • Game Maker: Come up with awesome techniques to keep employees engaged and advertise rewards for most active contributors and executives.
  • Governor: Help develop and enforce social media guidelines and certain company policies in the most organic and simple way
  • Cheerleader: Using strong social and networking skills, internally advertise and endorse the individual's abilities and value, and externally advertise the vibrancy of the team culture and positive atmosphere.
  • Event Planner: Assume responsibility for planning parties, events, and social gatherings.
Who Are You?

Central to success as our Community Manager's you will be someone who has a genuine interest in what our people do, how they interact with one another and for their well-being.

As the successful Community Manager you will also have the following Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Community Manager (or similar role) for some form of creative industry (such as another Architecture or Interior Design Firm, Advertising or Marketing, Graphic or Fashion Design, etc.)
  • Proficiency with basic digital production mediums including audio, photo, and video editing programs - MS Office applications and preferably Adobe Photoshop
  • Exceptional Social Media skills (the most platforms the better - Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and spoken
  • Highly enthusiastic and positive in nature, constantly on the lookout for opportunities to leverage
