Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities

  • Keep stock of office supplies, refreshments and place orders when necessary
  • Organize travel arrangements for the global team (or Vancouver) eg. hotel, transportation, meetings location
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings (catering, preparation etc)
  • Run errands to the post office or supply store
  • Answer phone calls and taking messages
  • Maintain folders on servers
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Filing and organizing mails and electronic documents, such as emails (Vancouver enquiry)
  • Maintaining office coordination with the landlord
  • Ensuring work area is clean and organized( organizing the library, closet , printing area etc)
  • Completing expense reports for office supplies
  • Ensuring the office licensing are valid
  • Handle the office Billings ( WiFi, printer rental etc)
