Production Assistant - Client Services

M Moser Associates Kuala Lumpur office is looking for a Client Services and Marketing Production Executive to be the creative and resourceful backbone for the marketing team of an international interior design firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Team to respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), vendor registrations and other similar tasks by developing and typesetting creative proposal decks, presentations, brochures, award submissions, and other relevant materials
  • Collaborate closely with various teams within the organisation that vary according to different projects for relevant information and support
  • Communicate and collate all relevant marketing material from various team members both locally and globally
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database of prospective client information
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all current and potential projects

We are looking for a driven and proactive candidate to join our evolving Client Services team at M Moser Associates Kuala Lumpur. A team player who is isn’t afraid to stand out, and is always up for a challenge to learn different skills and will enjoy collaborating with our professionals.


  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Logistics, Graphic Design, Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat), MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A self-starter and able to work proactively with minimum supervision
  • Highly collaborative individual; a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with an excellent ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Portfolio of works will be required during interview
