Position Overview

The M&E Project Manager is an integral part of our project management team, leading the project execution process of some of the most technical and cutting-edge workplace projects in the world! As M Moser’s successful M&E Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage all Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors for the duration of assigned projects.

Primary responsibilities
  • Ensure operational, commercial and client satisfaction success
  • Review shop drawing submissions
  • Monitor key equipment deliveries, prepare the project Master Equipment List
  • Review progress of M&E work on site and monitor the quality of completed work
  • Prepare and distribute M&E Project Status Reports, and RFI’s as required
  • Review M&E subcontractor Additional Work quotations to ensure they are fair and reasonable
Skills, Attitudes and Qualifications

At M Moser Associate, the  M&E Project Manager requires exceptional strategic and collaborative skills to work in a fast moving design-build company. You must be someone driven and organized in your thinking; you have a knack for digging into a problem to find its solution. You are a great multi-tasker with an eye for the details who works well under pressure and never misses a deadline. The successful Project Manager will be looking for a start-up opportunity with an established global company.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading technical complex projects in the Taiwan market
  • Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Service Engineering
  • English and Mandarin language fluency 

Key Competencies

  • Project management skills are of the greatest importance. We will provide additional training in other workplace technologies for the right candidate.
  • Excellent project execution skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work with M Moser’s Global MEP Support
  • Solid understanding of office interior design and build environments
  • Familiar with Taiwan M&E local code
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
