USGBC honours M Moser’s 100 LEED projects
The US Green Building Council (USGBC) gave M Moser something extra to celebrate at its recent 35th anniversary party in Shanghai: a certificate marking the firm’s completion of its 100th LEED certified projects.
USGBC’s Nellie Cheng presented the certificate to Moira Moser, M Moser Founder and Chairman. Cheng highlighted the growing scale of LEED sustainable practice, with the system now “a full-scale global movement” encompassing 162 countries and 491 million square metres of construction space.
“All these will not be possible without… partners like M Moser,” said Chen as she explained how the firm’s expertise led the USGBC to select it as one of the world’s first LEED Proven Providers in 2014.
“M Moser has made continuous effort to improve its standard practice for sustainable design and construction, developing in-house expertise among architects, designers, engineers, construction managers and project managers from its offices around the world. Our thanks and congratulations go to the green team at M Moser,” said Cheng.
