The award recognises the Hong Kong office as an example of best practice in sustainability and wellness design, achieving LEED Gold, BEAM Platinum, WELL v1 Platinum, RESET and Fitwel Certifications by providing occupants with a healthy and environmentally friendly space that reflects the business’ “Work Well, Live Well” values.

Designed as a “living lab” to experiment and test ideas, the Hong Kong office supports a variety of staff needs, functions and aspects of work that inspire the holistic design solutions provided to global clients and reflect our mission to champion planetary stewardship using sustainable design practices.

Extending the firm’s excellence in sustainability and wellness, four M Moser employees were recognised as outstanding leaders for advancing health and wellbeing in buildings and communities at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI)‘s annual awards in Shanghai.

Director, Dr Christine Bruckner, Director, Graeme Smith, Senior Associate VRBIM, Jason Li and Senior Manager and Sustainability Advisor, Jia Cai were recipients of the 2019 IWBI Leadership Award for playing influential roles in advancing WELL across the globe.
