Defining identity at TiVo's new workplace in Warsaw

Technology company TiVo required a workplace that would define its identity, enhance connectivity and nurture culture. Creating a distinct reflection of the brand was one was one of the key objectives for the project.

Upon entry, visitors are greeted by a geometric timber reception desk featuring the company logo. Geometric distortions are a common thread throughout the design of TiVo’s global offices - a feature that helps to communicate a sense of consistency for the brand”, shares Richard Fisher, Associate - Design, M Moser Associates.

The striking exposed ceiling draws people through the space and into a large “all hands” area, bringing people together at the heart of the office. Supporting organic interaction, the workplace has been divided into department neighbourhoods with a diverse range of work settings and collaboration areas.

Successful cross-collaboration was achieved through the use of integrated 3D tools such as Sketchup, aiding the proficiency of delivery.
