Sharing an inside-out, human-centric design approach at China's top facility management conference
On August 30th, Dr. Christine Bruckner - Director, was invited to speak at the 2019 IFMA World Workplace FM Conference & Exhibition, highlighting the value of empowering employees and businesses through sustainability and wellness design.
“Design empowers people to see their potential. It can be truly transcendent”, shared Bruckner. Opening with a discussion defining health, the talk emphasised the ROI of sustainability and wellness design, as well as its impact on the mental health and work performance of employees.
Bruckner also explored M Moser’s retrofitting work at Tencent’s Guangzhou HQ, Qoros’ Jiangsu HQ and arvato’s Shanghai HQ, with a focus on the inside-out approach that enabled the delivery of holistic, human-centric environments.
Through architectural revitalisation, M Moser supports the sustainability visions of clients, balancing real estate efficiency with staff experience by improving building structure, workplace layout and aesthetics.
