Exploring new ways of working for future generations - interview with TVB News
TVB, one of Hong Kong’s most popular news and information channels, interviews M Moser staff in our office on their aspirations and vision of the future workplace as part of its “Future Scope” TV feature.
With a focus on Millennials and Gen Z talents, the interview addresses a variety of elements that are influencing how organisations design and operate their office environment, including staff mobility, social amenities, and well-being.
“How can you recruit those talents and motivate them to work for you?” says M Moser Director, Wing Leung. “They need to know that it’s not about their having to adapt to their work environment, but about the company and office policies supporting them and empowering them to work at their best.”
Designed and built as a pilot office to explore new ways of working, including flexible social spaces and advanced technology, TVB also highlights our work with Roche: “What we’ve seen in this new office is the freedom we’ve given people has actually inspired them to do more in their work,” shares Roche General Manager, Daniel Thurley. “If you’re in an environment that makes you feel inspired, I believe your work will be inspired. This has helped us attract talent, and will help us retain talent.”
