M-Moser-hong-kong-IFMA-award

On September 8th, Robert Dani and Alex Yung were invited to present at The Hong Kong Chapter of IFMA’s Integrate 2021 Facility Management Conference on, “Embracing change and driving sustainable operations to create competitive edge”.

We are at a crucial point of workplace evolution. The workplace is not just a space for getting work done with a one size fits all solution, but instead adapts to changes with sustainable operation and advanced technology for businesses and people.

Robert Dani, Associate Director, M Moser Associates

Sharing insights from M Moser’s Future of Work survey conducted with 170 clients across APAC, Dani and Yung explored the need for adaptability in the face of COVID-19 and the landscape of the future workspace.

Looking at key trends and the value of the physical office, they used the M Moser Shenzhen living lab along with other M Moser projects as examples of how the modern workplace is evolving. Discussing mindfulness, virtual collaboration and belonging, there was an emphasis on the hybrid workplace where both virtual and in person needs are met.

Dani also joined another panel highlighting the need for workplaces to shift to continue to meet people’s changing needs.
