Making the best first impression
Given the fiercely competitive nature of its industry, Geometry required a workplace that can attract and retain talents from a wide range of disciplines by reflecting its young and vibrant culture across the entire floor. This is achieved through seamless connective spaces to imbue a sense of unity and community, exemplified by the reception area where a small lounge, pantry and café are intertwined as one.
Welcoming and informal, the front of house invites casual conversations to take place among staff using bar-height tables, comfortable furniture, and small meeting rooms located nearby.
A stacking of vintage TVs and LED screens projecting Geometry’s visual identity draws upon the evolution of media over the years, setting up a memorable workplace journey that brings staff and visitors closer to the brand.
Providing a variety of work settings
In order to facilitate the creative process of groundbreaking ideas, this office encourages free-flowing movement by providing a variety of choices as to where and how people work. Low-to-high standing tables, collaborative workstations, and more private booths accommodate a wide range of individual and collective preferences, contributing to a conducive environment for high productivity and efficiency.
The multi-functional pantry is integrated with a mobile greeting space that expands into a large meeting area when required. Its bordering meeting room uses pivoting doors to create a larger community space ideal for company events and connects to the rest of the space by way of wide corridors.
A healthy and sustainable environment
Enlivened by its captivating industrial design, the new Geometry workplace prioritises the health and well-being of people using a balanced mix of natural, sustainable elements, a spacious interior, and wide windows to infuse the space with maximal daylight.
This design strategically places enclosed rooms and open work plans on the outskirts of the office to provide sufficient natural light to all its occupants. The subtle addition of plants and green walls throughout the workplace brings the outside in to provide a clean and healthy work environment for everyone.
Aspiring to create a new lifestyle and working style for employees, Geometry Malaysia embraces the steady incline of global trends to reflect a progressive and creative culture. Providing socially engaging and healthy amenities for staff and guests, this office reinforces its corporate identity as a bold and innovative agency.
