After working in marketing, architecture and academia, Frances brings an eclectic mix of expertise to M Moser’s global workplace strategy team. Her core responsibilities are to lead, communicate and collaborate in partnership with clients and design teams.<\/p>\n

She facilitates strategic discoveries and employee engagements that connect the business objectives of the organisation with the project goals and develop future workplace strategies.<\/p>\n

From facts to insights to application, Frances team up with the design team to apply the strategic findings and workplace requirements to design. She has Masters of Architecture coupled with a diverse career in marketing, design and academics; her current scope at M Moser ranges across change management, workplace performance, cultural mapping and design
