Dick, who established the M Moser Shanghai office in 1993, Beijing office in 1997, Guangzhou office in 2000 and Shenzhen office in 2007, is the Group Managing Director of M Moser Associates Limited with responsibility in China. Under his management, there are over 250 staff employed in these 4 offices including Electrical, Mechanical and Information Technology Engineering specialists. In both Shanghai and Beijing, our offices are being one of the largest practices.
