Fabio Mozzicarelli is an Associate Director and EMEA Engineering Lead with over 20 years of experience in engineering design and delivery across various sectors, including workplace, mixed-use, aviation, retail and education.<\/p>\n

Fabio oversees MEP systems integration, sustainability framework implementation and design coordination for projects across EMEA. He works closely with clients, architects, and planning consultants to ensure that project engineering supports the overall design intent and delivers measurable performance outcomes.<\/p>\n

Known for bridging the gap between complex client expectations and deliverable engineering solutions, Fabio ensures that all systems are fully integrated with architectural and structural requirements. His work balances design ambition with performance-based outcomes, ensuring that projects are not only visually appealing but also functional, sustainable and future-ready.<\/p>\n

Fabio is also a mentor in the CIBSE Mentorship Programme, where he supports the next generation of engineers with career guidance, helping to nurture the engineering
