Our work with PwC Canada for its Toronto headquarters and with Diageo for its new Gurgaon workplace has been honoured with two major international design awards from the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
PwC Canada’s Toronto headquarters has been named a winner in the Corporate Space category at the 2025 IIDA Global Excellence Awards, while Diageo’s Gurgaon Workplace has won the 2025 IIDA Best of Asia Pacific Design Award in the Corporate Space Large category.
Together, these recognitions reflect our globally shared ambition to design workplaces that perform strategically, resonate culturally and elevate the human experience.
Entries for both awards were reviewed by juries of international design professionals, celebrating projects that demonstrate originality, creativity and measurable impact. From North America to Asia Pacific, these projects stand among the world’s most forward-thinking corporate environments, each redefining how workplace strategy, brand expression and human-centred design come together at scale.
Spanning 271,500 sq ft (25,223 sq m), PwC Canada’s Toronto headquarters was conceived as both a cultural anchor and a national prototype, setting the benchmark for the firm’s portfolio-wide workplace transformation.
When Diageo expanded its global business operations from Bangalore to Gurgaon, the challenge was to create a workplace that could unite a largely new workforce, reflect the spirit of its iconic brands and embody its ethos of ‘Celebrating Life, Every Day, Everywhere.’ Across 82,882 sq ft (7,700 sq m) and three floors, the new flagship brings together 300 employees in a destination workplace where community thrives, heritage finds new expression and hospitality shapes the everyday experience.
