The 2025 WORK&WOW! Workplace Experience Festival took place in Guangzhou, gathering experts and industry leaders to explore how technology and human-centred thinking are shaping the future of work. It sparked thoughtful conversations about how the workplace is changing and what might come next.
Lacey Li, Director of Global Communications, was invited to speak at the event. In her session, “Beyond & More: Unlocking the Power of Workplace Experience,” she shared global insights and practical strategies for creating impactful workplace environments.
Lacey outlined M Moser’s observations on global workplace trends, highlighting distinct regional focuses. In Asia-Pacific, organisations are focused on efficiency-led digital transformation. In North America, the emphasis is on enhancing the workplace experience to draw people back into the office. In Europe, hybrid work is reaching maturity, with organisations refining their policies and real estate strategies. While priorities differ, all regions are ultimately working towards the same goal: creating more effective workplace experiences that support long-term business success.
Drawing on M Moser’s experience, she demonstrated how data-driven insights can reveal deeper connections between people, space and business. These insights help workplace leaders make more informed, strategic decisions leading to smarter operations, greater energy efficiency, better spatial understanding, clearer compliance and more seamless user experiences.
When data is deeply embedded across all aspects of space management – energy, operations, services and user experience – it shifts from being a cost to becoming a catalyst for value creation.
Lacey Li, Director - Global CommunicationsThe forum highlighted the ongoing evolution of the workplace and its growing role in connecting people, organisations and technology. Looking ahead, we’ll continue working with industry leaders to explore ideas, test new approaches and shape spaces that offer real value.
