Kim is a Director within our ETS (Engineering, Technology and Sustainability) team in the EMEA region, responsible for leading the ETS business across Europe and the Middle East.
With over 20 years of experience across sustainable design, construction and consultancy, Kim combines technical credibility with commercial insight and strong leadership experience. She works collaboratively with clients, business units and design and project delivery teams, engaging early in bids and concept design to shape integrated solutions that respond to client needs.
Kim plays a key role in aligning multidisciplinary teams around shared targets, supporting business development and translating specialist ETS capability into practical solutions.
Kim’s expertise covers engineering, smart buildings, sustainability, wellness and lighting design services, with a focus on strengthening regional capability, supporting market development and enabling the delivery of larger, more complex and technically ambitious projects.
