Konrad is a Senior Associate in Pre-Construction, bringing over a decade of industry experience in engineering, workplace design and fit-out strategy across EMEA including the UK, Berlin, Milan, Tel Aviv and Dubai.
He leads early-stage fit-out strategy and pre-construction planning, helping clients navigate budget, services, landlord requirements and supports designers to deliver solutions.
His career began in structural design on offshore oil platforms, giving Konrad a grounded understanding of resilience and technical coordination under high-stakes conditions. This foundation has enabled him to excel when working in environments with high-pressure, fast-paced commercial interior projects.
Konrad is an advocate for sustainability and circularity with experience working on WELL, LEED, and BREEAM-certified spaces. He is passionate about the benefits of repurposing materials, reducing waste and locally sourcing finishes without compromising on performance or design quality.
