Santosh is a Senior Project Manager with over 12 years of experience delivering high-end office fit-out projects, cinemas, hospitality projects and luxury residential fit-out projects across the UAE.
At M Moser, he plays a key role in overseeing the project lifecycle, from design coordination through construction and handover, ensuring seamless coordination between design and construction teams. He manages multi-disciplinary stakeholders and procurement processes, aligning project execution with client expectations while maintaining control over programme, cost and quality.
Drawing on extensive site and contractor experience, Santosh leads multicultural teams with confidence and clarity. He is programme-driven, applies a risk-focused approach and has a deep understanding of local authority processes and regulations. His extensive knowledge is also supported by his education, holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai and a Postgraduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune.
