She has delivered projects across EMEA, Southeast Asia, Shanghai, and the U.S., giving her a unique insight into design styles and spatial needs, informed by cultural nuances.
After starting her architectural career on residential and hotel developments, she expanded into hospitality interiors during a transformative four-year tenure in Shanghai, where she designed experiential spaces for hotels and restaurants. In London, she transitioned into student accommodation and coworking, using her hospitality expertise to create environments that prioritise comfort, wellness and community.
At M Moser, Jinlin plays a key role in leading international pitches and project delivery across the UK, Amsterdam, Dubai and Paris. She also oversees team resourcing and recruitment, aligning internal teams, consultants and client needs with clarity and precision.
Her experience spans both boutique studios and global firms, giving her the ability to adapt, collaborate and approach each project with flexibility. She is drawn to sustainability-driven design and the use of emerging technologies to reshape interiors.
