Keith is a Senior Associate of Technical Services, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He heads up our building services, supporting the design and delivery processes from landlord negotiations, due diligence, validations and client briefing.
Known for precision in his work and vast knowledge, Keith is heavily involved during installation, commissioning and soft-landing after practical completion, ensuring the facilities operate reliably and are easy to maintain.
An MSc-qualified, MCIBSE and CEng Chartered Building Services Engineer, Keith identifies opportunities to exceed minimum code, building regulations and good practice, while mitigating risk and identifying value engineering opportunities.
