We are proud to share that the Nan Fung Workplace won the Best Workplace Design Award at the 2025 CoreNet Global Hong Kong Chapter Awards. This achievement reflects our commitment in creating future ready, high performance workplaces that elevate sustainability and human experience. The jury commended the project for integrating wellbeing and collaboration with a deep commitment to planetary stewardship, while authentically reflecting the client’s legacy.
From the outset of our collaboration, our multidisciplinary team engaged with Nan Fung to understand how a new workplace could represent its progression as a forward-looking organisation while remaining connected to its Hong Kong heritage. Together, we create a new office serving as a living model of sustainable design and operations while demonstrating how a corporate environment can bridge legacy with a low carbon, future ready vision.
The award was presented during the 2025 CoreNet Global Hong Kong Chapter Conference, where our Director Wing Leung spoke on the growing importance of placemaking. Wing shared insights from an occupier and end user perspective, noting that placemaking is about creating environments where people feel connected, engaged and seen. He also highlighted the unique context of Hong Kong and the role of technology in creating a connected, consistent and inclusive workplace experience across locations and digital platforms.
Our collaboration with Nan Fung reflects these ideas in action. The project shows how intentional design can support business objectives while strengthening a meaningful and lasting employee experience.
