A human-centric transformation

The revitalisation of Peak Re’s Hong Kong HQ reimagines an existing building to create a dynamic, world-class workplace that reflects the company’s mission and connects people through design. Working from a bare shell, our team integrated M&P systems and conducted daylight studies to maximise natural light, efficiency and comfort, elevating the potential of an exceptional building. The space blends elegance, agility and conscious practices, inspiring creativity and collaboration while celebrating Peak Re’s culture and identity.

Bringing people together in a new home, we transformed an expressive shell into a people-centric environment through interior intervention.

Optimised for people and the planet

Designed to advance both human and planetary wellbeing, the project delivers optimised performance and comfort while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability. Working closely with the building’s structure and systems, the team reduced environmental impact while supporting the client’s ESG vision and long-term goals. Abundant daylight, clean air and material choices enhance health and connection, reinforcing Peak Re’s commitment to responsible growth. The space has achieved WELL Platinum and LEED Gold certifications.

The interior design enhances the building’s qualities through daylight integration, thermal controls and a focus on wellbeing, all while addressing multiple UN Sustainable Development Goals.
