After working in marketing, architecture and academia, Frances brings an eclectic mix of expertise to M Moser’s global workplace strategy team. Her core responsibilities are to lead, communicate and collaborate in partnership with clients and design teams.
She facilitates strategic discoveries and employee engagements that connect the business objectives of the organisation with the project goals and develop future workplace strategies.
From facts to insights to application, Frances team up with the design team to apply the strategic findings and workplace requirements to design. She has Masters of Architecture coupled with a diverse career in marketing, design and academics; her current scope at M Moser ranges across change management, workplace performance, cultural mapping and design strategy.
