As a result, we helped LMR address the sector’s changing expectations with a design and build solution.
Challenging comfort zones was key. Moving from an old, corporate office design to a new brand position, the elegant 10,000 sq ft workplace at 1 Mayfair Place rivals competitors.
People enter through the reception area into the main office, through the client suite, meeting rooms and onto the trading floor.
With a focus on community, the floorspace has no barriers. So, the open plan aids cross-team communication as the business continues to grow. Rethinking hierarchy, a partners’ office sits at the centre with wide sliding doors.
A large social space on the top floor opens out onto an impressive roof terrace overlooking Green Park. Created for staff to unwind, this space resembles a bar with its bespoke joinery, lighting and comfortable seating.
The new office design style focuses on people. The space challenges industry norms to set new expectations for tech talent in the finance industry.
