Allyn joined M Moser in 2009 with over 20 years’ experience in interior design. He has undertaken the role of project leader on many highly regarded projects with responsibility for all aspects of the design. Adopting a very hands-on approach, he prefers to be involved in all stages of the design process and enjoys forming long-term and trusting relationships with clients.
As a design leader, Allyn takes a critical role in ensuring that the project delivers results aligned to client needs and goals. As such, he balances his own creative talent as a designer with the ability to actively discover client goals while managing a project team often composed of diverse professionals. His specific areas of expertise include briefing, strategic analysis, space planning, design concepts, development and detailed design for projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
His work for the South China Morning Post (SCMP) has received four awards, winning the highest honour by the AIA International Region Design Awards, Best of Category by A & D China Awards 2018, Certificate of Excellence by A & D Trophy Awards 2018 and the highest award by the Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards 2018. As part of Guangzhou Design Week, Allyn was also on the jury for the 2018 World Youth Designer Forum.
