Raquel Machado is an Associate Director in our London studio, with experience delivering workplace projects across the UK and mainland Europe, including Germany, Spain, Luxembourg and Poland. She’s spent years working with global clients navigating the complexity of multi-location programmes.
At M Moser, Raquel has helped shape and lead our Paris and Amsterdam studios, building lasting client relationships across EMEA. She’s the person senior stakeholders turn to when they need a design partner who will be honest with them, someone who connects design ambition to what the business actually needs.
Raquel is at her best on transformative projects where the brief is complex and the pace is high. She brings creative leadership and a clarity that cuts through noise, challenging assumptions constructively and translating layered requirements into design solutions that land.
