强化品牌形象和员工体验,为金融业的总部设计树立新的标杆

上海浦东发展银行,深圳

2019年,上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司(下简称“浦发银行”)深圳分行总部由福田CBD搬迁至罗湖,成为最新入驻深圳市战略发展片区“红岭创新金融产业带”的领先金融企业。

新的浦发银行深圳总部大楼高23层,集银行服务和总部办公于一体。新办公大楼的建设初衷是打造一流的环境,通过注重体验的客户服务空间和高效的办公场所,来提升品牌形象、增强员工凝聚力和推动业务发展,彰显“建设具有国际竞争力的一流股份制商业银行”的企业目标。

新地点,新风貌

秉持“由内而外”的建筑理念,穆氏对建筑外立面进行了全新改造,致力于反映浦发银行现代化的品牌形象和发展愿景。改造关注三个层面:丰富的建筑细节、干练的外观风格,以及表现浦发银行根植于上海的品牌溯源(以象征黄浦江的幕墙装饰加以衬托),打造具有现代审美和反映历史渊源的建筑空间,提升品牌形象和品牌认同。

位于裙楼底层的营业厅具有直观流畅的动线,通过将自助银行设备分布在入口附近的不同点位来有效分散人流。这种设计为银行工作人员和客户交流创造机会,亦强调了银行对便捷、高效和关注用户体验的数字化实践的专注,充分体现浦发银行引领金融业数字化创新的发展活力。

 

灵活办公,创新高效

传统银行业正在向科技金融快速转型,对跨部门协作提出更高要求。因此,楼层规划注重让不同部门在垂直方向上有更紧密的联动。除了根据部门的合作规律为大楼进行垂直规划,建筑中段设计了空中花园、员工食堂和会议室/培训空间,通过增加公共空间来创造凝聚和互动的场景。

楼层的平面布局以最大化灵活性为目标,旨在促进团队沟通与合作。所有楼层具有整体一致的设计风格,并通过在每层应用独特的内饰设计来提供方位引导。每一层的公共区域都设有协作点,利用非正式的办公场景来加强空间的实用性和灵活性。

新的办公总部首次引入灵活办公,通过设立两个无固定工位的示范层,并结合站立式办公、多元的协作区和团队空间,来赋权员工和推进共享、敏捷的办公文化。

From the first floor, two major public entrances are visible: the main entry and the emergency room walk-in. The hospital’s 24 outpatient departments are planned on the second to fourth floors, each with a central reception and waiting area connected via corridors. Upon entering the building lobby, two-storey panels form a gentle curving pathway leading patients, visitors and staff through the facility with intuitive wayfinding.

Inside the hospital, soft colours and organic flower supergraphics take inspiration from nature for a welcoming experience. Large windows welcome natural light to ease stress and contribute to healing. To reduce noise and create a home-like setting, all patient rooms are designed as single suites. The Shanghai United Family Pudong Hospital has received the highest design honour awarded by AIA Shanghai for interior architecture.

As traditional banks transform into fintech enterprises, cross-functional collaboration becomes increasingly important. The plan focused on improving vertical connectivity to encourage closer connection between departments. The design also includes a sky garden, canteen, and meeting and training rooms in the building’s mid-section to support interaction and engagement. Each floor features open collaboration spaces with informal work settings that offer flexibility and increase space usage. Embracing mobile working for the first time in SPDB Shenzhen’s history, the new headquarters has two floors with unassigned workstations. With standing desks, diverse collaboration areas and breakout spaces, the work environment encourages a culture of sharing and agility.

Research revealed a younger intake of employees who wanted the space to address their personal wellbeing. We introduced a semi-open sky garden with accessible patios to establish a spacious, tranquil atmosphere for relaxation, communication and natural connection. Curated greenery throughout the building’s 23 floors signals sustainability in practice. The employee cafeteria brings in natural light, creating an open, bright and comfortable dining experience. Observation studies revealed that staff were napping at lunchtime, so we installed a customised retractable bed solution integrated into workstations.
