We are proud to share that Associate Director Jason Li, in collaboration with Singapore AI venture The Analog, received recognition at the SIA-YAL AI Hackathon Challenge 2026. Jason also presented the work at Archifest 2026, where he demonstrated the system live.
The collaboration brings architectural practice and AI research together to explore a more effective way for designers to develop, visualise and evaluate ideas.
Jason and the M Moser team conceived the product roadmap in response to challenges observed across real architectural design, visualisation and proposal workflows. Working with Kim Law, Senior Designer in Singapore, Jason identified where existing generative tools still require repeated prompting, manual coordination and constant supervision. M Moser then collaborated with The Analog to turn the roadmap into a working product.
The resulting product is an AI native architectural visualisation and design workflow built around autonomous agentic orchestration. Rather than responding to isolated prompts, the system works from the wider project context and the designer’s intent. Its AI agents can assess information, generate several coherent visual directions, critique and refine the results, and branch into further options as the work develops.
Once designers define a task, this process can continue in the background while they turn their attention to other priorities. They remain responsible for the design intent, professional judgement and final decisions throughout.
The team showed how Agentic AI can turn hours of design iteration into minutes with autonomous visualisation, exactly the kind of innovative approach this hackathon was built to surface.

The workflow moves generative AI beyond one-off image creation and towards a repeatable way of working. By reducing the manual translation between design models, visualisation, review and iteration, it can help architects explore ideas more efficiently and reach informed decisions with greater clarity.
For clients, this means design teams can assess more possibilities, communicate their thinking more clearly and focus their time on the decisions that shape project quality.
