Our collaboration with XTX Markets continues in Singapore with the development of its new workplace at OUE Bayfront, offering panoramic views from Collyer Quay to Marina Bay.
The 11,200 sq ft space will provide a high-quality environment designed to support XTX’s trading operations and wider teams in their daily work.
The workplace concept draws on the theme of structure and unpredictability, a deliberate reflection of the financial markets in which XTX Markets operates.
These themes shaped every design move, from spatial planning and materiality to lighting and technology systems, delivering a high-performance workplace that supports focused work and minimises distractions.
XTX’s new Singapore office has five areas:
Each area is purposefully designed to support specific activities and contribute to overall workflow efficiency.
Across the workplace, materials and colour guide movement, define zones and reinforce spatial logic. These elements complement the base building’s architecture, ensuring cohesion between form and function.
In the café, a backlit agate feature wall shifts from cool blue to rich amber. The expressive detail reinforces the sci-fi theme, featured throughout XTX Markets’ global workspaces, and brings a sense of movement and energy to the space.
Our partnership with XTX Markets began in Singapore in 2019, focused on creating environments that reflect the company’s analytical mindset, disciplined operations and strong focus on people. This approach also shaped an earlier office project in Paris.
