Creating positive organisational culture through design at “WELL Journey 2019”
On June 4th Workplace Strategist, Elaine Fang was invited to speak at the “WELL Journey 2019” program in Guangzhou to highlight M Moser best practice and insights on creating positive organisational culture through design.
Taking M Moser’s WELL-certified Guangzhou office as an example, Fang explained how efficient use of space can create flexibility to support a variety of needs and tasks including focused work, collaboration, innovation, social interaction and learning.
“By adopting methods for wellness design and management, and incorporating natural elements into projects, we create comfortable work environments to help organisations enhance employee motivation by addressing health and lifestyle”, shared Fang.
Fang also joined experts from Shenzhen Lemajor, Savills, CBRE, JLL, and Kaiterra as part of a panel on “The Potential of Facility Management in the Future,” to converge on the significance and practice of health facility management.
The session addressed M Moser’s integrated approach to wellness design and workplace strategy throughout the project lifecycle, to build organisational culture and support talent acquisition.
The WELL Journey 2019’s Guangzhou session was hosted by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and the Guangzhou Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). The program aimed to bring together pioneers in the design and facility management fields to facilitate discussion on wellness design, as well as managing facilities to improve human health.
