We recently opened the doors to our new London living lab, welcoming clients, collaborators and friends for an evening of creativity and connection. Set in a prime riverside location with views of the Thames, the studio reflects how we explore and test new ideas to continue shaping the future of work.
The event featured an interactive demo of Resonance, our audiovisual installation that visualises brainwaves in real-time, and a live mural created by London-based artist and illustrator Samme Snow.
We are driving innovation and offering a creative environment to test and refine client solutions.”
Charlie Millard, Regional Director EMEAThe evening was an opportunity to share the thinking behind our latest living lab. We explored how the project was defined, how the experience was designed and how the space has been engineered to perform. More than just a studio, this is a testing ground for fresh ideas. It supports new behaviours, encourages collaboration and gives us the tools to keep evolving.
As part of the celebration, we invited Samme Snow to transform a blank canvas into a visual representation of our identity. Working live during the event, Samme brought his bold, expressive style to the space, capturing the energy of our London team. His mural adds vibrancy and a moment of storytelling to the studio.
The living lab is a dynamic testbed for new ways of working. It supports diverse needs through flexible settings that adapt to focused work and creative collaboration.
We are committed to continuously developing our London living lab, using data-driven insights to guide its organic evolution. Our goal is to shape the best workplace experience for both our team and our clients.
Mariana Anelli, Senior Associate, DesignRooted in behavioural insights and co-creation, the design reflects how people naturally move between tasks and energy levels. From distraction-free zones to flexible project rooms and social lounges, every space responds to real patterns of use.
We shaped this space together through early insights, everyday behaviours and moments of fun. It’s a workplace designed with and for our people.
Zoe YakubuSam, Senior Workplace StrategistThe event inspired powerful conversations about the future of work, the role of space and how we can design for change. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, shared ideas and brought their energy to the night. We’re excited to keep testing, learning and growing in this space. The lab is officially open and look forward to welcoming you back soon!
