Mural by Samme Snow (@snowhandsworld) Created as a living lab, our London office design brings together workplace strategy, brand experience, office design and sustainability. At its heart is a bespoke office mural that captures our culture, values and ways of working.
This article explores the story behind the mural and how we worked with a local artist to create it.
Our London living lab functions as a working studio, a client showroom and an experimental environment where we test ideas and solutions before bringing them to our clients.
The mural created by London-based artist, Samme Snow, is a central brand experience touchpoint within the space, positioned in a high footfall zone and visible from the street. It acts as a visual shopfront for our brand and unfolds as a layered narrative, embedding subtle references to our services and values.
“We wanted the mural wall to be seen from the outside. It needed to transmit the energy of the office while also representing how we come together as a team every day.”
Mariana Anelli, Senior Associate Designer
“We care deeply about brand stories and values. Samme asked about our people and our projects and that curiosity really mattered to us. Clients are moving away from just putting logos on walls. They want environmental graphics that mean something.”
Jess Adkins, Brand Experience EMEA LeadThe mural was shaped through a deeply collaborative process. Samme was selected for his spontaneous illustrative style and flair. Drawn to Samme’s spontaneous, illustrative style, we worked closely with him to shape a brief he could respond to live during the event. Samme spoke with our team to understand our office branding concept.
Early sketches explored themes such as net zero, inclusivity, technology and collaboration through storytelling, shaping a composition that invites interaction from visitors.
“Understanding the energy of the office and M Moser’s values helped me envision and enrich the piece. I wanted it to feel like stepping into what the office environment actually feels like – calm, creative and full of personality.”
Samme Snow, mural artistThe mural was painted live during the London living lab launch event, transforming the creative process into an experience. Visitors watched the artwork unfold, while Samme responded in real time to the atmosphere, conversations and energy in the room.
“Painting it live was a real privilege. While creating the piece I felt like I was also watching new elements appear. It allowed me to be even more spontaneous, react to what was happening around me and feed it into the piece.”

The mural presents a lively interplay of characters inhabiting a space of shapes with overlapping scenes that showcase multiple narratives unfolding simultaneously. Every time you look, new details emerge, making the scene feel alive and ever-changing.
For our team, the mural reinforces our brand identity and creates a sense of belonging. For visitors and clients, it offers an immediate intuitive understanding of who we are and how we work.
“When people walk past or spend time with the mural, I want them to always be able to find something new. I try to hide little elements so it’s always evolving. One day it might make you smile, another day it may help you relax. I wanted it to reflect M Moser and bring joy into the space.”
Samme Snow, mural artistWorking with local London artists is an important part of how we approach our brand experience service. It allows us to support the creative community while creating work that feels genuine, relevant and connected to the local surroundings.
By curating a growing network of artists through local events, art fairs and grassroots connections, we can match the right creative voice to the right client and environment, bringing originality into every branded workplace we design.
“It’s really important to give artists opportunities to create work in different spaces. It allows them to think differently, understand new environments and bring new energy into what they create. It’s something I really respect about M Moser.”
