M Moser’s London living lab has been recognised at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2025, winning in the Office Interior category.
The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
This recognition highlights our innovative approach to workplace design, where hospitality, sustainability and performance come together in one cohesive experience.
As part of our living labs approach, we are testing how space, technology and behaviour interact day to day.
Our London studio features a mix of focus areas, collaborative project rooms and social, hospitality styled spaces that give our team a meaningful choice in how and where they work. All within a setting that targets net zero construction and operational carbon. For our clients, it offers a showcase of how considered workplace design can drive measurable outcomes.
The impact is already clear. Since moving in, 82% of our people report feeling more productive and office attendance has increased by 20%. We have reached our projected 2030 occupancy levels five years ahead of schedule, with 89% of the team saying they feel more personally effective in the space.
Behind these results is a multidisciplinary approach that brings together workplace strategy, design, engineering, brand experience and change management.
From carefully tuned acoustics in the open plan to flexible, hackable project rooms and curated art, every element is there to support comfort, connection and focus.
As we continue to experiment and gather insights from the London living lab, this award is a welcome endorsement of our commitment to shaping workplaces that help people thrive while advancing our clients’ sustainability and business goals.
