M Moser’s New York office is moving to the Woolworth Building today
M Moser New York is relocating to the 24th floor of the historic Woolworth Building. Designed in the Neo-Gothic style by architect Cass Gilbert, it was the tallest building in the world when opened in 1913.
M Moser has taken this opportunity to design the “office of the future within a historically significant building”. A respect for the heritage of the building; its form, architectural elements, and the events that have occurred within it become stories woven throughout the space. Meanwhile, new ideas, new materials, and new technologies enable it to meet the needs of the modern workplace.
Within this adaptation, a “living lab” is formed - an ecosystem enabling research and innovated processes, a creative space where ideas are shared, challenged, and developed into concepts for the future of work. The office will also function as a co-working space for strategic partners and is designed to meet WELL Platinum Certification.
